Greetings! I am a licensed independent social worker and have had the privilege of being in practice for the past 10 years. During my time as a social worker, I have had the opportunity to practice and serve in a wide range of diverse fields including working with survivors of domestic violence, serving children and families through outpatient rehabilitative behavioral health services, and providing care and counseling for hospice patients and their families. My primary area of focus is serving those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transition challenges. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are at and try to empower clients to discover the potential they have within themselves to positively grow.  My main approach when working with clients is to use cognitive behavioral therapy strategies to help clients process and work through current struggles and concerns. I also utilize a faith-based approach with clients who are interested in discussing their spiritual well-being in tandem with their mental health.  Thank you for your interest and time. I look forward to working with you.

Education: I obtained my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science) in Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University in 2010. I obtained my master's degree, Master of Social Work at The University of Georgia in 2013.
