Groups

STRONGER: A Psychoeducation Women’s Support Group for Those Impacted by Domestic Violence

This is a 10 week group offered to women seeking education and support as it pertains to domestic violence. This group typically meets in the evening, one day a week for an hour and half. If interested, please contact me for more information on how to attend.

Consultation and Trainings

Support for Ministry Staff and the local Church

Being able to talk about the mental health needs of our community and knowing how to support each other when mental health challenges arise is a vital part of caring well for each other, especially in the church. My hope would be to provide support and training to local ministers and pastoral staff who may be looking to use evidence based skills and techniques in tandem with Biblical principles when caring for their congregation. This support and training can also be used for staff as well. The emotional and mental health of ministers and church staff is very important to care for when shepherding a congregation. If this is something you or your church is interested in, please contact me for more information.
